Enjoyed our great modern rooms in this hotel.
It was a really good stay, excellent modern and luxurious place. Whole place was overall clean with exceptional views; excellent location to the main sightseeing points of firenze. The staff were qualified and competent in case of questions. Location: the hotel was short walk to a beautiful garden, good restaurants, and centre of town.

The hotel rooms were beautiful, especially the wine-cellar rooms, which really gave us a taste of the Tuscan atmosphere. Everything in the hotel was new and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the romantic outdoor jacuzzi on the fifth floor, with stunning views of the city.
That our room was located below the breakfast room, so it did get a bit noisy in the morning. there was some noise from the swimming pool, but a simple diving ban could easily remedy that.

The room I booked was nicely renovated, keeping the original ancient ceiling intact. the available concert grand piano Stainway added a touch of elegance. the terrace offered a wide variety of delicious meals for breakfast. the location was fantastic, being near the Church of Sant'Ambrogio.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage, which was a pleasant surprise. The water fountain on site was also a convenient feature. Despite being a bit far from the city center, we enjoyed the tranquility it offered. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Florence.
